What I do
Domestic, rural and commercial electrical work. If it has power going to it, it is probably on this list. If it is not, ring me anyway and I will tell you straight whether it is something I do.

Switchboard upgrades
Old ceramic fuses swapped for a modern board with proper circuit breakers and safety switches. This is the one that stops a fault becoming a fire.

Powerpoints & lighting
New points where you actually need them, indoors and out. Downlights, LED upgrades, sheds, sensor lights and outdoor power.

Fault finding & repairs
Something keeps tripping, half the house is dead, or a point has stopped working. I find the actual cause rather than guessing at it.

Ceiling fans & smoke alarms
Fans supplied and installed. Smoke alarms replaced and tested, including the hard-wired interconnected ones landlords need.

Renovations & disconnects
Rewiring through a reno, moving points and lights to suit a new layout, and safe disconnect and reconnect when walls are coming out.

Commercial work
Shops, sheds and small commercial sites. Fitouts, maintenance, lighting and power, done around your trading hours where it needs to be.

Contract work & subcontracting
Available to builders and larger electrical outfits needing a licensed pair of hands, including out of town where nobody else wants to travel.

I am Jake Bell, and True Blu Electrical is just me. When you ring, you get the bloke who turns up and does the work. There is no call centre, no booking queue and nobody handing your job to whoever happens to be free.
I started out because too many people out of town get told a sparky cannot make it, or get quoted a fortune for the drive. I would rather do the trip and do the job properly. Whether you are in the suburbs, on a farm or in a country town, you get the same work and the same straight answer about what it will cost.

Available for contract work and subcontracting
If you need a licensed pair of hands on a job, I take contract and subcontract work alongside my own. Fitouts, rough-ins, fit-offs, maintenance runs and overflow when your own blokes are stretched.
Including the jobs nobody else will drive to. A lot of my work is out of town, so if you have picked up something regional and cannot get a sparky out there, that is exactly the call I want.
